Tudor Marsden-Huggins

Tudor founded Employment Office in 1999. Employment Office are specialists in strategic recruitment marketing, in addition to providing comprehensive shortlisting, recruitment branding and e-recruitment software products.
In 2011, Tudor founded Tour de Office. Tudor is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation and also holds directorships with Sydney-based RecruitShop and software developer Net Engine.
Darren Harper
Darren Harper is currently the General Manager at FE Sports, one of the leading distributors of sporting goods and athletic equipment in Australia and New Zealand and a Board Member at Bicycle Industries Australia.
With a career spanning over 25 years in the Consumer Electronics and Sports Fitness industries, Darren has established himself as a visionary leader and a driving force in brand marketing and sales.
Darren is an enthusiastic cyclist, participating in charity races and local competitions. His passion for sports extends beyond his professional life, inspiring his approach to both leadership and team collaboration.
Karl Turner
Karl worked for the Commonwealth Bank in senior executive roles for nearly 18 years and is now consulting to businesses, a mentor to Indigenous students and a Chairman of the CEO Institute, a peer support network for CEOs and business leaders.
Karl is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a Masters in Management.
Outside of work, he still plays competitive rugby union and is a coach to his daughters’ netball and Nippers teams.
Tanya Cavanagh
Tanya is currently an Infrastructure Senior Project Manager for the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries in Western Australia, and is a mom to two girls.
Tanya is a dedicated sports management professional, who enjoys, swimming and being active in her spare time. She has a passion for all sport and values the benefits it brings to people both mentally and physically. Her career has spanned grass roots through to elite sports administration, minor and major sports facility development, and Olympic and Paralymic event planning and operations.
Gregory Hall

Wes Sulzberger
Wes is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the cycling industry.
He has competed at the highest level, representing Australia five times at the World Road Cycling Championships, and played an instrumental role in helping Cadel Evans win the World Championships in Mendrisio, Switzerland.
After retiring from competition, Wes coached numerous high-level athletes with the training programs he created in his coaching business.
He is currently the Senior Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Zwift, Inc., where he leads the company’s growth and expansion efforts in the region.
